Job Title: Tradesman
Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.
  • Cooling tower and condenser maintenance coils, evaporators and tubes
  • Clean and perform routine maintenance as required
  • Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.
  • General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Valid Vehicle Operators license
  • Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection.
  • Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance

Compensation Range: $17.30 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
