Extensive experience in Big 4/leading consultancies. Deep mastery of structured methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci), and the ability to design & oversee change strategies across large-scale ERP programs. Proven ability to lead multiple, complex workstreamsbalancing priorities, budgets, and timelines, with strong risk oversight. Technical and process understanding of platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday etc.especially how business processes and people interrelate Proven success in implementing core change management capabilities. Uses analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP-platform data to surface insights and inform change design Proficiency in content creation and channel development for communication, interactive stakeholder engagement, and learning/training. Strong background in software design, development, and configuration related to OCM digital tools. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira/Smartsheet usage.
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per annum
