Responsibilities
- Leverage company-provided marketing tools and industry resources.
- Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.
- Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required.
- Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.
- Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success.
- Experience preferred and comprehensive training is included.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Compensation
120,000 at plan commissions
