A leading Industrial/Mission Critical General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects. The Project Manager will represent the company and serve as the primary contact for clients and the construction team as needed. The role involves engaging in and influencing the safety culture, with the authority to make decisions regarding cost and schedule on behalf of the General Contractor. Project Types:
Mission Critical, Data Centers, Semiconductor Facilities. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with owners, architects, and company personnel throughout all phases of project development and execution. Manage relationships with project owners and architects. Oversee all Mission Critical MEP scopes of work across project phases. Manage one or multiple projects concurrently, depending on assignment. Handle project schedules, contract documents, change management, cost management, documentation, and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate with support departments such as Accounting, HR, Safety, and Quality Assurance to ensure project success. Develop and maintain community relationships. Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience in mission-critical (Data Center/Semiconductor), industrial, and commercial construction. Experience working specifically in Data Center environments. B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. OSHA-30 certification is a plus but not required. Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and their application. Strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills with staff, clients, and vendors. Organizational skills and meticulous documentation of all project aspects. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Benefits:
Salary: $180K - $200K Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plans for employees and dependents. 401(k) plan with company matching. Annual performance-based bonus. 14 PTO days and 9 paid holidays per year.
