Description Our customer is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to join their team in Columbia, MD! Our customer offers cutting-edge engineering solutions for communication companies, wireless carriers, and tower owners nationwide. They have expanded their traditional customer base in the local market and are looking to backfill their current Telecommunications PM position locally. The role involves A&E engineering including design review (AutoCAD Civil 3D), drafting, MACRO rooftop sites, structural engineering, structural analysis, TELCO D markings, deliverables, project plans, job setup, costs, labor, BOM, MOP, SOW, RFPs, PNL, etc. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing projects and clients as the primary point of contact (main client is Verizon). Reviewing advanced engineering designs and technical data for accuracy and completion. Ensuring quality control and assurance on all assigned projects. Participating in proposal formulation and providing marketing and business development support. Identifying and developing opportunities with existing and potential clients. Negotiating scope changes with clients, within budget and schedule constraints, with supervisor approval. Meeting productivity and financial goals, including profit, unbilled, accounts receivable, and directing project invoicing. This position manages up to 4 direct reports and is a hybrid role (2 days in Columbia office, 3 days remote), with workload expected to be 90% in-office and 10% field visits. Training will be onsite for the first two weeks if possible. Holding a PE license is a plus but not required. Candidates should be open to business development, sales, professional communication with clients, and occasional travel within the DMV area, with use of a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement. Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field. 7+ years of relevant experience. PE license preferred but not required. Valid drivers license for site visits. Basic AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge. Understanding of RFDs, structural, zoning, construction drawings, and telecom plan assembly. Strong technical and non-technical writing, editing, proofreading skills. Additional Details

Intermediate experience level. Salary range: $110,000 - $154,000 annually.
