The Role: The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving and processing all inbound/outbound freight and communicating receiving issues with the appropriate department. What You Will Do: Operate forklift and motorized pallet jack Complete & document daily forklift inspections Operate stretch wrap machine Load and Unload freight trailers Receive in shipments and compare counts to packing list and purchase orders Verify all inbound freight, placard accordingly and move into designated storage location Write up receivers and warehouse transfers (Transfer In/Transfer Out) Process Supply Chain Transfers Pull raw components for material transfers and deliver them to the shipping Support multiple docks for receiving and shipping Maintain clean and effective warehouse and dock area Work in resolving receiving discrepancies Print out Open PO report and review traffic schedule daily Organize and consolidate raw materials Update and maintain information in computer (i.e. Syspro/Excel) Cross trained as a Material Handler and Inventory Associate Perform inventory requests counts and assist in the Perpetual Cycle Count program Assist with Pick/Stage/Return of raw material to and from production lines Complete projects assigned by Management Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. What You Will Bring: Good mastery of written and spoken English Forklift certified (or eligible). Good attention to detail. Ability to perform all tasks while continuously standing. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality
Compensation Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
