Position Summary

Join our dynamic technology team where you will play a pivotal role in the development, customization, and optimization of our Siebel CRM platform. We are looking for a professional with a robust technical background in Siebel configuration, scripting, and integration. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and boost operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel EAI. Customize and configure Siebel objects, including Applets, Views, Screens, and Business Components. Develop scripts using Siebel eScript and Business Services to support business logic and workflows. Create and manage integration points with third-party systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST), EIM, or Siebel EAI. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Siebel applications. Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and end users during testing and implementation phases. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or enhancements. Maintain compliance with change management, coding standards, and documentation best practices. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM (preferably Siebel 8.x or later). Proficient in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Workflow, EAI, and Scripting (eScript). Strong understanding of Siebel Data Model and architecture. Experience with Siebel Open UI is a plus. Familiarity with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON. Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle preferred) and SQL. Experience in Agile or iterative development environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Siebel Certification (Developer or Consultant). Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with other CRM platforms or data migration tools. Experience in enterprise-scale CRM deployments in finance, telecom, or healthcare sectors.
