Senior Product Business Analyst - Hybrid

6+ years' experience working with complex P&C commercial lines products (GL, Property, Excess Casualty, Auto, Work Comp, etc.), with an understanding of ISO, NCCI, state regulatory environments, rating and pricing, and insurance company processes around product. Demonstrated experience in executing processes supporting business analysis and requirements documentation. This would include strong adherence to standards and delivery of high-quality artifacts. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate product business requirements into a detailed product architecture and specifications. Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts. Demonstrated experience in technology and large technology implementation efforts. Strong ability to lead through influence. Demonstrated experience working in large multi-disciplinary team environments. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Experience with commercial Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Policy Decisions).
