We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician with a strong background in harness assembly to support the production and integration of electrical systems for our Aerospace client This role is hands-on and requires a deep understanding of electrical wiring, cable harness fabrication, and aerospace-grade standards.

Job Purpose:

Harness Fabrication & Assembly

– Build, route, and install electrical harnesses, ensuring proper terminations, crimping, and soldering according to aerospace standards. Wiring & Integration

– Assist in the assembly and installation of electrical components, including connectors, circuit boards, and avionics systems. Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation

– Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate builds. Testing & Troubleshooting

– Perform continuity tests, insulation resistance checks, and troubleshooting to verify harness integrity. Quality Control & Compliance

– Ensure all work meets industry and company quality standards, adhering to safety and aerospace regulations. Collaboration

– Work closely with engineers and other technicians to support system integration and problem-solving efforts.

Experience Required:

3+ years of experience in electrical harness assembly, wiring, or related field Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and connector assembly Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Strong understanding of cable routing, strain relief, and aerospace/automotive wiring standards Hands-on experience using tools such as wire strippers, heat shrink tubing, and torque wrenches Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience:

Experience working in aerospace, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or similar (preferred but not required) Familiarity with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, continuity testers, etc.) Ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a dynamic R&D environment
