AAA sports video game studio . We are developing the next generation of professional
football (soccer) video games
using
Unreal Engine 5 .

We are looking for a
Senior Character Artist
to create
high-fidelity, authentic football players
and supporting characters.
Experience: 3+ years developing games for console and/or PC, ideally sports or competitive multiplayer. At least 1 shipped high-quality football game or a similar sports game.
Responsibilities: Sculpt and model ultra-realistic football players. Create game-ready characters optimized for UE5. Work with scan data and photorealistic texture pipelines. Ensure players animate cleanly and retain likeness in motion. Contribute to hair, clothing, and accessories.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience creating AAA characters. Expert ZBrush, Maya/Max/Blender skills. Deep understanding of real-time character optimization. Experience with skin weighting and deformation tuning. Strong understanding of football player anatomy, gear, and presentation.
Pluses: Experience with facial animation and blendshape pipelines. Experience building player customization systems.
