TekPro Support Services is seeking a Program Manager to support our new mission with the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA.
This role is 100% onsite and requires a Secret Clearance. What You'll Do:
The Program Manager, a key position, shall be responsible for providing technical expertise in the overall planning, direction, and successful execution of all requirements outlined in this SOW. Ensure that all project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified time frame, budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Provide program and project management services including, but not limited to: Program Planning and Control Resource Management Risk Management Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) development Budgeting and Cost Management Schedule Management Performance Monitoring and Reporting Documentation Preparation and Transmittal Quality Control What You Bring:
Master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, M.B.A., or other technical degree 12 years of relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems Foreign Military Sales (FMS) familiarity Excellent communication and briefing skills Experience with cost, schedule, and performance metrics as they relate to program execution Program and personnel management experience Risk management policies and assessment capabilities Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command Proven experience managing a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) offers a competitive benefits package including paid holidays, paid time off (sick and vacation), medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long-term disability, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, discretionary profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
