Workdays:
Monday - Friday; 8 work hours per day; 260 work days per school year; 1st and/or 2nd shifts may be available
Rate-of-Pay for 25/26 SY:
Step I = $___ per hour

Other Benefits Include:
paid training uniform allowance - $525 per school year shift allowance - additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift (beginning at 2:00 p.m. or later) overtime pay - at time and one-half for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or fourty (40) hours per work week longevity pay - beginning on July 1st after completion of five (5) years-of-service with LCS paid holidays - twelve (12) per school year paid vacations - accrued monthly and available after probationary period is successfully completed paid sick days - accrued at rate of ten (10) hours per month; total of fifteen (15) days per year personal leave - fourty-eight (48) hours per school year medical insurance - eligible to elect single or family medical insurance, which includes: medical, dental, vision, and prescription medications (cost varies per coverage-level elected) life insurance - a term life insurance policy for $40,000 (district covers cost) supplemental and/or dependent life insurance - eligible to elect additional, supplemental life insurance or dependent life insurance (cost varies per coverage-level elected) enrollment into the School Employees Retirement System (SERS)
Qualifications/Requirements

all school employees must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check (prior to employment; cost of $47.25) all school employees must be able to successfully pass a drug test (prior to employment; district covers cost) all custodians must successfully pass an physical-capacity examination (prior to employment; district covers cost)
