You will oversee all aspects of customer engagement including communications, retention, upsell initiatives, and loyalty programs. Your mission will be to foster long-term relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth across our diverse service offerings (Video/App, Voice, Internet, Mobile) for both residential and business customers. Key Responsibilities: Champion initiatives that simplify and enrich the customer experience. Lead and innovate customer marketing programs, ensuring effective external communication. Develop and implement data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies. Identify and address high churn risk events to enhance customer retention. Design comprehensive communication strategies to inform customers on corporate initiatives. Leverage CRM platforms to gather insights for personalized marketing efforts. Analyze customer lifecycle segments to continuously improve experiences. Create compelling value propositions that resonate with customers. Manage loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer journey. Explore opportunities for sales growth through upgraded services. Advance digital and social media strategies to foster engagement and community. Monitor market trends and customer insights in collaboration with the research team. Oversee digital welcome programs and necessary customer collateral. Maintain relationships with vendors including print, email, SMS, and automated call services. Work collaboratively across departments to foster constructive collaboration. Track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in marketing effectiveness. Prepare and present comprehensive marketing reports to executive leadership.
