We're hiring on behalf of a
confidential IT staffing firm
seeking an experienced, relationship-driven
Account Manager
to grow and support key accounts within the
financial services sector . This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and knows how to develop enterprise-level relationships. What You'll Do Own and grow a portfolio of
financial services clients , from global banks to fintech firms Identify and pursue new client opportunities within existing accounts Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates Build and manage long-term client relationships through consultative selling Maintain a pulse on the client's hiring needs, technical environments, and org changes Negotiate contracts, manage delivery expectations, and support post-placement success Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in
IT staffing , with a strong understanding of the tech talent landscape Proven success managing and
growing large accounts , ideally in financial services Confident communicator with strong client-facing presence Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Comfortable in both
hunter and farmer
capacity Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work autonomously Experience working in or with VMS/MSP environments is a plus
