This role supports the teams,ensuring accurate processing and recording of job-related expenses. The AP Specialistplays a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy of projects, withopportunities to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Compensation and Benefits: Salaryup to $75,000 annually Generoustime offs HealthInsurance from day one DentalInsurance starting day one Visioninsurance available Long-termand short-term disability insurance at no cost 401(k)with a 100% match up to 3% of annual salary (eligibility after 90 days) 100%coverage for professional licensing fees related to the role Paidparking available on site Responsibilities: Reviewand validate incoming invoices, obtaining necessary approvals from projectmanagers (PMs) Accuratelyinput invoice data into Timberline/Sage 300 accounting software Compileand circulate weekly payable summaries for PM evaluation Collaboratewith PMs to manage monthly billing and invoicing tasks Createand share monthly financial reports with PMs and the CFO Monitorand confirm the accuracy of project expenses and change orders Qualifications: Bachelor’sdegree in accounting or a related field Minimum1-2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in construction or realestate industries Experiencewith accounting software such as Timberline/Sage 300, TimberScan, or Avidis a strong advantage Familiaritywith project contracts, invoices, and change orders Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel There are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
