RESPONSIBILITIES The Cyber Policy Strategy Manager is expected to be able to: Interpreting, implementing and administering security policy Monitoring management of personnel access quotas, program access request processing, first tier adjudication performance and periodic reinvestigation processing Conducting program indoctrinations and debriefings Perform classification review of outgoing documents, electronic media and equipment Assist in the development of classification guidance Advice on facility design review and construction criteria; assemble data for preparation of physical security Inspectable Space Determination (TEMPEST) packages, AIS and physical security packages Develop and implement facility operating procedures; prepare Co-Utilization Agreements Maintain physical security, AIS, and TEMPEST records Administer OPSEC process to determine appropriate countermeasures Receives direction from the Government PSO REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly Microsoft Certified - Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate BS, 12-15 years experience; MS 10-13 years experience; PhD, 10+ years experience Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Policy Strategy Manager to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Cyber Policy Strategy Manager provides technical security support to government and DoD programs. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
