Our client is seeking a Data Business Analyst to join a large entertainment studio team. The Analyst will be working as part of a team across various workstreams supporting a theatrical catalogue. Responsibilities:Working with E2E data sources onboarding requirements, document requirements for Eng build; perform build QA testing, User testing coordinationDefine and document analytics and visualization requirements with business stakeholdersCoordinate with product owners and business u to analyze and understand business requirements, create Agile user storiesSupport analytics dashboards powered by cloud-based data sources (GCP, AWS, Snowflake)Create SQL queries and/or procs for use across data validation during QA and user testingPerforming data analysis on data sets, conduct data mining and generate insights for the business and stakeholdersWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in the Global Media & Entertainment industryExperience in television network, television studio, and streaming (not required but would be interested in candidates with this experience)Experience managing large BI and data analytics projectsHands on experiences with data visualization tools like Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BIExperience with data platforms and technologies like BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, S3, Python & SQLExperience with ML and Data Science tools a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative solutions Strong experience with:Data mining and generating data-driven insightsBuild SQL and analysis with structured and unstructured datasets and data sources: external tables, native tables and viewsReporting analysis and developing custom reports Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
