We are seeking a Multi Intelligence Program Action Officer to provide
administrative, policy, operations, and analytic support
to the
Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP) Office
within the
Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S))
and its directorates.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in
policy development and oversight
related to
Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), or Cyberspace Operations.
This role requires a strong background in intelligence collection, operational planning, and strategic policy formulation to support national security and defense initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide
policy analysis, operational planning, and strategic oversight
for intelligence collection and defense analysis programs. Develop, review, and implement
DoD policies related to MASINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, electronic warfare, or cyberspace operations. Assist in the coordination and execution of
intelligence and defense-related programs
across the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC). Monitor and assess
emerging threats, technologies, and intelligence capabilities
impacting U.S. national security interests. Provide expert
briefings, reports, and policy recommendations
to senior DoD leadership. Collaborate with
interagency partners, military commands, and intelligence organizations
to enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with
DoD policies, legal frameworks, and security protocols
related to intelligence operations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
in intelligence studies, defense policy, cybersecurity, electronic warfare, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years
of experience in
policy development or oversight
related to:
MASINT, SIGINT, or GEOINT OR electronic warfare and cyberspace operations.
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and policy development skills. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership. Ability to operate in a
fast-paced, high-security environment
with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in
national security, intelligence, cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Experience working within
OUSD(I&S), U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), National Security Agency (NSA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), or related organizations. Familiarity with
intelligence collection platforms, electronic warfare tactics, and cyber defense strategies. Background in
