Electronic Banking Specialist III
Location - Florida
JOB OVERVIEW
Electronic services include Online Banking, Bill Payment Services, and Mobile Banking, Online Cash Management services for businesses, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Remote Deposit, E-statements and Electronic Branch operations & services (Wires). The Electronic Banking Specialist III is responsible to minimize any losses the bank or the customer may incur as a result of a security breach or failure to implemented proper security procedures within the E-Banking Department. This position will be required to perform tasks associated with each position within the Electronic Banking Department and resolve escalated/ complex issues in a professional manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversees daily processing of activities within the E-Banking department to achieve accurate, timely and effective workflow to ensure all deadlines are met. Reassign staff as necessary to effectively distribute workload during peak processing periods and vacations. Responsible for Strategic Planning, Risk Management and fraud monitoring for the Electronic Banking Department Develops and implements training and procedural materials that increase awareness, educate users and staff, and promote use of the Bank's electronic services. Monitors and maintains security for all electronic products. Monitors all electronic services to insure they are in compliance with established policies, procedures, regulations and laws. To provide friendly, professional and accurate service and support to all customers and employees. Meet with customers, staff, and employees, other department leaders to ensure the Electronic Banking Support is effective and performing desirably. Monitors industry trends regarding electronic services including product design, delivery methods, pricing, and new technology. Assist department employees in job training and personal development. Coach employees to ensure expectations are clear and the department is working towards an established goal. Monitor and review daily maintenance reports Work and process Non-Post ACH, incoming and outgoing wire transfers, Debit Card support, mobile remote deposit, ACH processing, ACH Yellowhammer or other related functions within the Electronic Banking Department. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school education or equivalent with vocational training in business and office operations. Experience in related field or equivalent to 3 - 5 years. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, COMPETENCIES, & SKILLS
Ability to operate personal computer and have a thorough understanding of bank technology requirements. Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional, financial, and legal documents. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner. Organizational skills and ability to balance several ongoing projects simultaneously. Ability to collect and analyze data in order to define and solve problems. Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with an assortment of variables. Professional oral and written communications skills for communicating and building relationships with contacts. Valid state issued driver's license is required. AAP or NACHA Certification preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other banking software applications. Must be insurable in the state of Florida or Texas. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to use hands to finger, walking, standing, hearing, talking, reading, writing, and carrying up to 10 lbs. Position requires sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks, working in a stressful and fast-paced environment, and handling frequent interruptions. Willingness to adapt to frequently changing environment is required. Must on occasion deal with emotional, hostile, or antagonistic behavior from customers and be able to respond calmly and professionally.
