HOSPITAL PHARMACY DIRECTOR LOCATION: Hospital nearby Modesto, CA SALARY RANGE : Hourly Rate: Pay range: $72.00- $115.21 per Hour depending upon experience. Annual salary range is $149,760-$239,636 QUALIFICATIONS: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : California State registration as a pharmacist. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of HOSPITAL PHARMACY EXPERIENCE required! OVERVIEW OF POSITION Reports directly to the CEO. Assists in Directing, coordinating and supervising activities in the Pharmacy including purchasing, receiving, storing, compounding and dispensing drugs. Consults with and advises the medical staff and personnel involved with patient care regarding the utilization of drugs and pharmaceutical items. Provides input to CEO regarding selection of vendors and inspection of pharmaceutical items received. Provides input to CEO for establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for the Pharmacy.
