Trueline is seeking a Commercial Painting Estimator to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is an immediate, full-time opportunity for a driven estimator who can produce precise proposals, manage pre-construction communications, and support a collaborative operations team. What You'll Do As the Commercial Painting Estimator:**

Generate accurate, timely cost estimates for commercial painting and coating projects

Conduct on-site visits to evaluate project requirements, confirm scope, and gather necessary details

Interpret specifications, drawings, and bid documents to prepare detailed proposals

Assist project managers with pre-construction meetings, submittals, and schedules

Maintain active communication with potential clients and follow up on outstanding bids

Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referral opportunities

Stay current on market trends, material pricing, and competitive benchmarks

Must-Haves as the Commercial Painting Estimator:**

5+ years of professional experience in commercial painting estimation

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneDrive

Strong budgeting and calculation skills, with high attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple estimates simultaneously

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites in the Charlotte area

Nice-To-Haves as the Commercial Painting Estimator:

Established relationships, contacts, and business in the Charlotte, NC area

Previous involvement in pre-construction meetings and proposal follow-ups

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
