Position Summary:

• Senior Integration Developer with extensive experience in .NET development, IIS web services, and Azure integration frameworks. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a dynamic, enterprise environment that integrates numerous internal and third-party systems, including ERP, content management (Hyland OnBase), and cloud-based services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable integrations and applications-particularly around RESTful APIs, Windows-based web services, and internal tools like the Universal Web Service. This is a hands-on hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week onsite in downtown Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy

.NET Framework (v4.7.2)

and eventually

.NET Core

solutions. Build and maintain

RESTful and SOAP APIs , working with

JSON

and

XML

data formats. Lead development for the

Universal Web Service , including enhancements and troubleshooting. Manage and deploy applications via

IIS , including app pools, SSL certificates, and Azure deployments. Work with

Azure API Management ,

OAuth ,

JWT , and

MSAL.NET

for secure integrations. Participate in architectural design and contribute to full lifecycle application planning and delivery. Support, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations, working with system stakeholders and infrastructure teams. Collaborate with developers, project managers, analysts, and business users across multiple departments. Write and maintain technical documentation, including support handoffs and code standards. Provide occasional

after-hours/on-call support

for integration issues.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of .NET experience

in enterprise environments, including integration development. Proficiency with IIS , including deploying and managing applications, app pools, and SSL. Strong understanding of

Azure services , especially API Management and cloud deployment. Experience with

secure API design , token authentication, and integration with Microsoft Identity. Comfortable with

asynchronous programming , multithreading, and high-performance architecture. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize enterprise integrations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Hyland OnBase

and its Unity API, workflow scripts, or background services. Familiarity with

Oracle ERP

integrations and related enterprise ecosystems. Knowledge of Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, .NET) is a plus. Exposure to

DevExpress ,

unit testing frameworks , and

messaging queues . Certification or experience with

Hyland Unity API

(required post-hire if not already obtained).

Business Context & Expectations:

This role fills a gap due to a

personnel separation , ensuring continuity for integration operations. Initial focus

will be on expanding the

Universal Web Service , with deep integration into Hyland OnBase and internal document workflows. Candidates should expect to ramp up within the

first 3 months

and demonstrate independent contribution by

month 6 . Role includes collaboration with departments such as

Finance, R&D, HR, Legal , and

Customer Service .

Work Schedule & Requirements:

Hybrid Model : Required onsite in Cleveland, OH on

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Work Hours:

7.5 hours per day between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (flexible) On-Call:
