BIM Plumbing/Mechanical Modeler

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionMagnolia Companies is seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment Layout in Revit for preparing Shop Drawings and Points Layout for field installation and shop fabrication.Responsibilities:Using Project Plans, Specifications and SubmittalsAccurately produce 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment Layout in Revit for preparing Shop Drawings and Points Layout for field installation and shop fabrication.Follow BIM Execution Plan (Model Standards, naming conventions, Data Exchange Protocols)Manage changes and update modelIdentify/Address Potential Conflicts through RFI Process.Participate/Collaborate/Resolve Issues during Coordination/Clash Detection, communicating with Team Members and other Trade Disciplines. Requirements Strong Knowledge of the Construction Process and Plumbing/Mechanical Systems/Modeling using Revit Software & Functionalities, Model Review, Clash Detection and Coordination WorkflowsStrong Knowledge of Software Applications (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, Navisworks, Vic Tools)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Revit and AutoCADStrong knowledge of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment LayoutIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for producing high-quality 3D models and resolving conflicts, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Benefits include:- 401K Matching- Health, Dental and Vision- Paid Time OffSalary Description $80K + Depending on Experience
