We are seeking a
Senior IT Project Manager
with a strong background in
financial planning systems
to lead a high-impact consolidation initiative within a global financial technology environment. This role requires deep expertise with
IBM TM1
and
Oracle , excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for financial planning and system consolidation initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders, finance professionals, and technical teams to define project scope and goals
Develop detailed project plans including budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
Lead regular stakeholder meetings and status reviews, communicating project updates and escalations
Oversee the implementation of IBM TM1 and Oracle tools for financial planning across the enterprise
Ensure projects adhere to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
Promote best practices in project management and support continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior project managers, ensuring alignment with project delivery standards and methodologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field
8–9 years
of project management experience, with a focus on
financial planning systems
Proven experience leading system consolidation projects and financial modeling initiatives
Hands-on experience with IBM TM1 and Oracle
tools is
mandatory
Deep understanding of financial planning application ecosystems
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders
Experience in regulated industries is preferred
