Role Notes
Job Responsibilities:
1. Custom Development: Design and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to address business requirements.
2. Apex and Visualforce Development: Write, test, and deploy Apex code (controllers, triggers, batch processes) and Visualforce pages.
3. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
4. Customization: Configure and customize standard Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
5. Lightning Component Development: Develop Lightning components to enhance user experience.
6. Automation: Implement workflow rules, process builder flows, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
7. Data Management: Perform data migrations and maintain data quality within Salesforce.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, administrators, and end-users, to gather and refine requirements.
9. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for developed solutions.
10. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
11. Release Management: Deploy changes between environments using Salesforce change sets or other deployment tools.
