As a
Software Developer
supporting this government program, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow-based solutions to support enterprise-wide systems and ensure alignment with organizational and security standards. You will apply expert-level knowledge across the software development lifecycle, driving innovation while maintaining system integrity, performance, and compliance. Location:
Annapolis Junction, MD All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position. Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE
(or equivalent IAT Level II certification) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Requirements: U.S. Citizenship TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's Degree

20 years
of relevant experience Research, design, develop, and/or modify
enterprise-wide systems and applications Apply expert-level knowledge to all phases of the
software development lifecycle (SDLC) Lead efforts in software updates, refinement, testing, debugging, and documentation Ensure code and configuration meet business needs and future maintainability Analyze, develop, and present reports on
software project specifications, activities, and status Serve as a
technical advisor and SME
for ServiceNow integration, security, and process automation Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Mandatory Skills: Minimum
1 year of ServiceNow development experience Strong

Desired Skills: Experience with one or more

standards Deep understanding of the
Risk Management Framework (RMF) Previous experience in a
DoD
or highly regulated environment
Education and Required Qualification Bachelor's Degree

Travel Less than
10%
of travel may occur.
