Job Description GENERAL DUTIES Ensure the customer orders are properly filled out and completed. Handles time sensitive and confidential documentation. Issue and control keys used by employees. Distribute pin orders to hand pinners and/or Maromatic operators. Verify and complete paperwork for key destruction. Communicate with quality control on orders scheduled to ship for the day/ week. Organize and prioritize the work order schedule to ensure the orders are shipped on time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Clean and Verifiable background screen and credit check required. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2-3 years related invemtory control experience and/or training. Casino cage experience. Ability to carry out assignments to completion. Must be able to read and process work orders for production. Computer literacy, to include word processing, spreadsheet software, and database applications.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work involves walking, talking, hearing, and using material handling equipment. Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually. May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
