to our safety-focused team! This role is essential for operating various equipment, such as Roll Off Trailers and Dry Vans, while engaging in physical labor duties. As a key player, you will manage our customer environmental programs by collecting waste from customer facilities and transporting it to designated Thompson Industrial locations or disposal sites. WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts, day and night, with overtime as needed. EXPERIENCE WITH:

Hydroblasting, Vacuum Trucks, Warehouse/Manufacturing, General Labor, Production, and Industrial Field experience is a plus but not required! RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Act as the safety representative enforcing company and customer safety policies and procedures, providing hands-on guidance regarding operations, safety measures, emergency responses, and administrative functions. Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment effectively. Utilize special equipment like Ultra High-Pressure pumps. Engage and operate equipment by activating pumping or other specialized machinery as required during each job. Inspect cleaned surfaces to ensure they meet company and customer standards. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment while on the job. Perform tasks related to liquid vacs, air machines, and jet rodders. Possibly supervise a crew of vacuum technicians. Transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations. Complete pre and post-trip inspections and logs, adhering to all vehicle policies and DOT regulations. Efficiently load and unload hoses and dump vacuum truck contents at designated sites. Conduct general maintenance in the field. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Relevant vocational preparation through training and previous job experience. Ability to understand English for safety training and emergency instructions. A valid driver's license with a Class A or B CDL, following all company driving policies. A smartphone is necessary for the Electronic Logging Device. Possession of a Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be necessary. Knowledgeable in using emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers. Experience in operating vacuum trucks is preferred. Familiarity with equipment used for wet and dry vacuums. What do you need to work at Thompson Industrial? A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A Class A or B CDL License is necessary. HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements preferred but not obligatory.
