Job Description

Were looking for a strategic content lead to shape the programming behind our most important firm-wide events. This role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with both the Content Strategy and Events groups. Youll be responsible for developing event themes, building thoughtful agendas, and curating speaker lineups that resonate with senior audiences - including clients, portfolio company executives, and internal leadership. Youll collaborate across business units, Investor Relations, and other corporate teams to ensure each event delivers meaningful insights and a seamless experience. If youre skilled at turning complex ideas into compelling narratives and know how to build content that drives engagement, this role is for you.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of experience developing content for high-end conferences or executive-level events

-Strong understanding of the financial services industry

-Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision

-Exceptional writing and communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

-Experience recruiting and preparing high-caliber speakers and moderators

-Bachelors degree -Existing network of potential speakers, moderators, and thought leaders

-Familiarity with multimedia content formats and how to integrate them into live events

-Experience extending event content into digital or post-event formats

-Comfort working across matrixed organizations and navigating senior stakeholder relationships

-Creative instincts for storytelling and audience engagement null
