You will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities by completing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety systems, building automation systems, and equipment. Additionally, you will operate and maintain various maintenance equipment. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and/or performing building repairs. Trade school training or coursework in Electrical Wiring, Refrigeration, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing, or Carpentry is preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. A valid and current driver's license is necessary. Additional qualifications include: Knowledge of safety procedures, preventative maintenance programs, and work order systems.
