Civil and Site Development General Superintendent

to spearhead and oversee large-scale construction projects in varying environments. This position offers a direct path to Senior Leadership within an expanding business unit. Key Responsibilities: Lead Field Operations:

Provide strong on-site leadership for expansive civil, marine, and bridge infrastructure projects from start to finish. Project Oversight:

Manage daily field operations, including construction, site development, structural concrete and steel placement, utility bridges, and marine task execution. Strategic Planning:

Oversee the critical planning and execution of operations, including traffic management, demolition, excavation, and support-of-excavation (SOE) systems. Workforce & Equipment Management:

Effectively manage skilled crews, subcontractors, equipment use, and resource allocation for optimal productivity and timely project completion. Collaborative Execution:

Partner with project engineers, field teams, and technical experts to develop efficient work plans and address on-site challenges proactively. Quality & Safety Assurance:

Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure quality control throughout every phase of the project. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

Serve as the main on-site representative for clients, regulatory agencies, inspectors, and internal teams, building trust and transparency. Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on production rates, cost management, material expenditures, and project milestones to ensure profitability and timely delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in heavy civil, marine, or bridge construction, with a proven record of leadership in field operations. Demonstrated ability to manage both self-perform teams and subcontractors on complex, schedule-driven projects. Strong proficiency in project scheduling, logistics for equipment, production tracking, and budget management. Experience with high-profile infrastructure projects is highly regarded. Why Join?
