Job Title: Meter TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a mechanically inclined and tech-savvy Meter Technician to join our growing team in San Diego County. You will be responsible for installing and servicing water meters across new and existing properties, ensuring accurate diagnostics and customer satisfaction. This is a field-based role with significant drive time and autonomy.ResponsibilitiesComplete approximately 7 work orders daily, with a goal of 1 per hour.Install new water meters and diagnose issues.Turn water on/off and repressurize meters.Maintain accurate records using NetSuite.Provide excellent customer service during site visits.Travel throughout San Diego County using a company-provided vehicle.Essential SkillsUtilities, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hand tool, Construction.Mechanically inclined.Ability to read technical documents.Mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency.Clean driving record.Tech-savvy, with experience using NetSuite.Strong customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Excel.Plumbing or irrigation experience.Soldering skills.Why Work Here?We are a family-oriented company with a motivated crew and strong leadership involvement.
