Product Specialist Advisor

Join the Camping World team as a Product Specialist Advisor, where your expertise will shine while helping customers find their ideal camping products! As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with both customers and the service team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Engage with customers daily to identify and promote specialized product needs and installations. Assess each project for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling installations. Maintain and update prepayment logs, keeping customers informed of progress. Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff. Monitor and manage daily parts traffic, receiving parts for installations. Inspect vehicles to verify accurate parts ordering. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Keep the work area safe and clean for customers and coworkers. Potentially cross-train to assist with additional tasks as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred. Familiarity with RV or camping products is a plus, though not required. Strong computer skills, including performing internet searches. Excellent organization and follow-up abilities. Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies is beneficial. A valid driver's license may be necessary. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Comfortable with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
