Overview
As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.
The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:
The Sr. Systems Analyst serves as a bridge between the Business and Technology for Concora Credit Operations. You’ll have a working knowledge of the Fiserv suite of credit products, a general understanding of industry risks and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as a basic understanding of payment processing. Responsibilities include providing consultative guidance to Business and IT Stakeholders to define business and technical requirements resulting in a system of record configuration changes, execution of requests through the ticketing channel, in-depth research, and more. You’ll create test plans to ensure the system configurations are properly tested and downstream impacts are considered before making changes.
You’ll understand our Business and Technology needs. This requires collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver high-quality system change/configurations, technical process descriptions, requirements, testing, and analytics. Clear and thorough solutions analysis and documentation a key aspect of the role.
This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities As our
Sr. Systems Analyst, you will:
See problems as opportunities and be solution-oriented
Analyze and evaluate business and/or system processes and highlight opportunities for efficiencies, offering solutions
Design, test, and implement new functionality for various Fiserv applications
Create test plans, perform testing, condition accounts, and document outcomes
Manage ServiceNow queue of requests to support all lines of the business for the System of Record
Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive system and technical manual/documentation updates to keep current with system settings
Ask inquisitive questions to learn more to understand the need, not just the ask
Provide a consultative approach and help steer the business to make informed business decisions
Provide system analysis and related data solutions across multiple IT applications
Help to identify, research, and diagnose root cause, as well as implement solutions when issues occur
Research and dig into find the answers by reviewing documentation, setting up test cases, and building knowledge across the applications for the System of Record
Prioritize, communicate, and plan work efforts to effectively manage expectations with business partners
Be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
Display self-awareness and willingness to mentor others towards success

Qualifications Requirements:
Combined 8 years of Business Analyst, System Configuration/Implementation, Testing, Data Analysis, and/or Technical Support roles
General exposure to various facets of Finance/Credit Card/Payments experience a plus (such as credit card servicing, merchant processing, compliance/regulatory, fraud, credit applications, card orders/ inventory, Credit Bureau, disputes, and more)
Experience within the Optis platform, PCF, Rules, DecisionQuest, and other Fiserv applications required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Be able to discuss technical topics with a non-technical audience
Project management skills for coordination of timelines, prioritization of issues, communications, and escalation of concerns
Preferred Requirements:
SQL and/or Databricks
Test-lead experience
