We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst & Business Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will analyze complex data sets, generate valuable insights, and support strategic decision-making throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical data solutions, developing intuitive dashboards, structuring analytical models, and creating visualizations that underpin actionable business recommendations. Proficiency with Salesforce Reporting, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Collect, extract, and analyze data from various internal and external sources. Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and database systems using Snowflake, Azure, or AWS. Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards leveraging Power BI and Tableau. Translate business needs into clear data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through data exploration and analysis. Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to meet analytics needs. Monitor and ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data. Create and present executive-level reports and data storytelling presentations. Support the development of predictive models and machine learning use cases (optional). Daily Activities: Review daily communications to prioritize analytics requests. Participate in stakeholder meetings to define reporting or data solution requirements. Query databases and conduct in-depth analyses of KPIs and business performance. Develop, publish, and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports. Investigate data anomalies and recommend solutions to enhance data processes. Collaborate with fellow analysts and developers on ongoing reporting and system improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages including SQL, Python, and R. Strong experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data Models). Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts. High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience working with large, complex data sets in a business context. Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Understanding of business process improvement and KPI development. Experience in or support for departments such as Operations, Finance, or Sales. Salesforce experience is a plus. Knowledge of statistical methodologies and exposure to predictive analytics models. Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake (optional but advantageous). Target Base Salary Range:
$90,000 - $100,000
