Thisrole will be based at our new Siemens Energy Transformers Manufacturing CenterFactory in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The facility is planned to be builtby early 2026 for production commencement. Consequently, the first part of thejourney in this role in our Company will involve overseeing the construction ofthe factory and the implementation of new processes, as well as managing thedevelopment of a high-performance team and coordinating all aspects of thefactory setup to prepare for production.

As an Insulation Parts Assembler, you will be responsible for producing and assembling various parts of the transformer such as angle rings, cylinders, etc. using paper insulation. This position is designed for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and a commitment to safety and quality compliance. As you progress in your job role, you would be able to support us in growing the department by assisting in the training and development of new hires in the organization.
HowYou'll Make an Impact
Responsible forproducing, assembling, and preparing insulation materials for varioustransformer components, including interpreting technical drawings todetermine insulation parameters
Conducts measurements and evaluations duringinsulation stages to ensure correct tolerances, and performs finalinspections and quality checks in line with technical standards
Assists in developing and maintaining technical documentationand instructions related to the insulation assembly process
Training andmentoring of new hires into the department.
Planning andreviewing the tasks to be carried out according to pre-establishedproduction plan and manufacturing standards.
Responsible tofulfill and/or to support fulfilment of all protocols, policies,guidelines, and competences coming from all current system [EHS, QA,CyberSec, etc.].
WhatYou Bring
High school degree or equivalent with relevant technical training/experience.
At least 1 year of experience in the insulation of medium tolarge transformer parts or of similar electrical equipment
Ability to use math, read and interpret complex drawings, andperform complex measurements.
Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain ForkliftLicense and a Critical Lift level crane license and certification for workingin heights.
Applicant must be able to obtain Keys certification test onreading and writing and Blueprint reading test offered by local communitycollege.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Other Key Requirements:
· Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests.
Must also be ableto read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructionsin English.
Must bewilling to relocate temporarily to Mexico, Brazil or Germany for on-the-jobtraining for a period of 3 months based on the proficiency in the area oftraining. Appropriate relocation support and compensation will be provided.
