Overview:

The Network Development Field Representative works collaboratively with the Managers and Directors of Network Development to build Atlantic Health System’s provider network in new and existing markets as defined by the strategic growth plan. Under the guidance of the Manager, the Field Representative will focus on relationship development and identifying targets for recruitment and integration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Seek and maintain relationships with current and potential referral sources to improve system integration. May require cold calls.

Identifies provider needs and suggests appropriate programs and services.

Report and follow up on identified barriers to patient care and AHS services

Share medical neighborhoods, AHS services and support marketing campaigns with clinicians and/or support staff as per team leader.

Identify and present to management potential recruits and opportunities for the Atlantic Health System’s Clinically Integrated Network.

Document encounters including activities, requests, concerns, progress and follow up plans.

In conjunction with Manager, establish a weekly pre-call plan.

Engage in meaningful interactions (in person, virtual, networking) with referral sources including coordinating and facilitation introductions.

Raise awareness to leadership of competition and market changes identified in field.

Remains current with new programs and services

Perform other duties as assigned by Manger, Network Development.

Qualifications:

Customer Service, Sales and healthcare experience preferred

Personable, extroverted and detail oriented with good follow through skills

Collaborative work style with the ability to work independently

Experience with CRM preferred i.e. Marketware

Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Strong time management, emotional intelligence and written and oral communication skills

Education:

Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive (https://resources.workable.com/sales-account-executive-job-description) or similar role preferred.
