About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Quality Assurance Analyst supporting loyalty rewards and benefits as it pertains customer journey as a part of credit cards.

In this role, you will:

Conduct feature level testing as last step before code is put into production

Partner with product team to support customer journey features

Document test cases and risk research and create test plans

Record test progress and results

Identify and track issues throughout testing

Perform manual and automated testing

Consult with users providing advice and direction

Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes

Research system features being tested

Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy

Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience and systems or application testing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies

Demonstrated experience in Agile workflows

Broad understanding of credit card business practices

Working knowledge of the credit card industry

Ability to comprehend technical concepts such as data flow and system architecture

Proficient in systems: Mongo DB, Hogan, Fiserv

Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization

Customer journey testing experience

Job Expectations:

Up to 10% travel

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in office per week
