Moona Health is seeking exceptional Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions that allow you to provide evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) via telehealth to diverse patients. At Moona, we take care of the administrative load, from insurance credentialing to claim submissions and patient marketing, enabling you to focus on what you do best—counseling patients.

Our dedicated administrative team handles all aspects of your role, including billing, customer support, and care coordination, allowing you to concentrate on patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly telehealth sessions with patients using a patient-centered CBT-I approach. Exhibit strong clinical and counseling skills, leading with empathy and kindness. Guide patients to address core health concerns, fostering sustainable behavior changes rather than quick fixes. Maintain high standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions. Utilize your extensive CBT-I knowledge and experience effectively. Complete session documentation promptly, including clinical notes and patient communications. Qualifications Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Comprehensive CBT-I training is provided for candidates new to this specialty. Licensure:
An active, unrestricted license in California (LCSW, LMFT, or other qualifying credentials). This position requires legal authorization to work in the U.S.
