We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative
Product Operations Expert
to join our Product team. In this role, you will serve as a key connector between Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams-ensuring that product development processes are efficient, data-informed, and aligned with company goals. You will help drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, managing product data and tools, and supporting go-to-market readiness.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, product intelligence, and go-to-market teams to deliver outcomes that are foundational to our clients' success and central to LiveRamp's position as a market leader. If you're passionate about using data to solve complex challenges across the adtech ecosystem, this role is for you.
You will:
Own special projects that drive visibility and profitability of LiveRamp business.
Serve as the bridge between product, engineering, GTM teams, and data teams
Help define and measure key product and operational metrics; deliver regular insights to stakeholders so builders build the right thing.
Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve product development workflows and cross-team collaboration. Implement and manage processes, frameworks, and communication cadences.
Drive launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and product performance tracking
Facilitate stakeholder alignment by preparing materials for product reviews, leadership updates, and go-to-market planning.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational support role
Outstanding analytical skills and ability to think critically
Able to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data analyses
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels of the organization
Strong organization skills and detail oriented
Excellent presentation skills and comfort collaborating with key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Past experiences of both contributing individually as well as part of a team
Prioritization and multitasking skills
Constant drive to exceed expectations
Comfortable taking charge of complex initiatives
Experience with product development tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for improving processes and driving impact
Bonus Points:
Marketing data or analytics industry experience
Experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
Familiarity with Agile or other product development methodologies.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with distributed teams.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $136,000 to $181,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
