" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Proofreader

to review and approve product labeling documents and related specifications. The role involves proofreading content for accuracy, consistency, and grammar, ensuring it meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Proofread product labels and related documentation

Review change control documents and specifications

Ensure labeling accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Coordinate with cross-functional teams on changes

Prioritize tasks based on project and customer needs

Requirements:

1-2 years of proofreading experience

Strong command of English grammar

Attention to detail and accuracy

Able to focus on documents for extended periods

Experience with documentation or change control systems is a plus

Knowledge of GMP or regulatory environments preferred
