We offer competitive pay with actual compensation based on your skills, experience, education, and location. The base pay for this position starts at $10 per hour, with the potential to earn an additional $40-$110 per day in tips. Work Schedule:

SUMMARY The Valet Parking Attendant is tasked with delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Primary responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, as well as assisting guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures. Key Responsibilities - % of Time Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and coworkers, greeting guests within five feet and using their last names - 25% Welcome guests and practice proper phone etiquette; remain in designated areas when not attending to tasks - 10% Safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and open doors for guests - 20% Provide guests with information about facilities, directions, and local attractions, while delivering messages and items as requested - 10% Explain parking rates and procedures, issue claim checks, and maintain comprehensive records of all vehicles in the valet system - 35% QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Valid driver's license for the state where you will work Work Experience: One month of related experience or a suitable combination of education and experience Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of customer service principles Ability to read and write in English, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively Mathematical skills to handle payments and change Ability to operate manual transmissions and perform parallel parking is desirable WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS These are the conditions required to effectively perform the essential functions of this role. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects. Work will often be outdoors for extended durations, subject to varying weather conditions. Lifting Requirements: The role may require moving objects weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds regularly. Travel: Minimal travel may be required (up to 5%).
