Responsibilities Are you a detail-oriented claims professional with a passion for fair and efficient resolution? Join our dynamic P&C Claims team as a
Liability Adjuster – Property Damage
and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and sound claim outcomes.
As a Liability Adjuster, you’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve third-party property damage claims. You’ll assess liability, determine coverage, review repair estimates, and negotiate settlements—all while upholding our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Manage a caseload of liability claims involving third-party property damage.
Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews and virtual scene inspections.
Analyze policy language and legal principles to determine liability and coverage.
Review repair estimates and negotiate fair settlements.
Collaborate with internal teams, defense counsel, and vendors.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Salary Range
$55,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD per year
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
Qualifications What You Bring:
5-7 years of experience handling liability claims involving property damage
An active adjuster license is required and must be maintained throughout employment
Strong knowledge of P&C Claims and legal frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in claims systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in claims, insurance, or a related field
Experience in a multi-jurisdictional claims environment
