About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to US leaders, fostering a high-performance culture, and owning the enhancement of onboarding, engagement, and team-building experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to coaching, feedback, and development initiatives, as well as the ability to proactively identify and address retention risks. The HR Business Partner will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies, and will work closely with global HR teams to align and elevate people practices. Applicants for the HR Business Partner position should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRBP or generalist role, with a preference for those with a background in tech, digital, or global environments. A solid understanding of US employment law and HR best practices is essential, as are excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The role demands a candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, and is skilled in HR systems and data. Experience with Sage People or Sequoia is a plus. The ideal candidate will be culturally curious and confident in working within a global HR team, and will be passionate about driving culture, engagement, and performance in a collaborative, global environment.
