Key Autism Services is excited to offer a Mentoring Program specifically designed for newly certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This unique initiative provides an invaluable one-on-one mentoring experience with an assigned Mentor, ensuring that you receive the extra clinical support you need. During your time in this program, you will benefit from a reduced caseload, allowing you to focus on developing your clinical skills and boosting your confidence, both of which are vital for long-term success and job satisfaction in the field.

Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!
We also offer relocation packages and flexible scheduling options.
Regions where we are hiring:
Alabama - Home-based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions.
Colorado - Home-based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region, greater Denver region; and clinic-based in Centennial, CO.
Georgia - Home and clinic-based in and around the greater Atlanta region.
Illinois - Home-based in Chicagoland; clinic-based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights.
Massachusetts - Home-based throughout the state, excluding Western Mass and the Cape; center-based in Southborough, MA.
North Carolina - Home-based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the triangle area, and Winston-Salem; center-based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem.
Tennessee - Home-based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions.

We match clients based on location to minimize drive time and maximize quality care. Reimbursement for External CEUs
up to $750 per year. Ongoing Collaborative Training and Support , including professional development and internal CEU opportunities via our robust internal training team. Mentoring Program

for light paperwork and expedited online behavior plan development. Requirements: Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state). Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education). Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle. Previous ABA experience is preferred. Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services. As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, your responsibilities will include: Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing progress reports. Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success. Supervising and training amazing Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively. Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles. Conducting functional assessments and functional analyses when necessary and clinically warranted. Reviewing program effectiveness, making actionable recommendations, and monitoring data and progress graphs. Our dedicated teams thrive in a professional, ethical, caring, and respectful environment.
