Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to conduct visual quality inspections. This role involves working in two main departments: assisting with pre-assembly and internals department to perform quality checks on metal before it is welded to towers, and conducting visual and final inspections on the towers once they are painted.
Responsibilities
Conduct visual quality inspections on metal components before welding.
Perform final inspections on painted towers.
Provide direction to the team professionally when quality standards are not met.
Ensure attendance as there are only two inspectors per shift.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or quality.
Familiarity with hand and power tools, including torque wrenches.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
Ability to work at heights and perform inspections at night using a flashlight or headlamp.
Familiar with computer operations and industrial painting.
Experience in surface treatment inspections, including sandblasting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with measuring tools, calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection.
Experience testing electrical wires is a plus.
Familiarity with respirators or dust masks, with the ability to wear them correctly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
