Manpower is hiring Customer Care Representatives for the City of Tulsa Utilities Call Center. This role will support residents with water, sewer, trash, and solid waste services questions. This is a phone-based, call center role-focused on delivering excellent service, resolving billing inquiries, and helping residents manage their accounts.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls regarding utility billing, payments, and service requests
Provide clear and accurate information about water, sewer, trash, and solid waste services
Assist customers with payment arrangements, account updates, and service changes
Process service requests and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
Use multiple systems to manage customer accounts and document all interactions
Stay up to date with department policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is shared
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of recent customer service /call center experience
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Accurate data entry and ability to navigate multiple systems/screens
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
