In this exciting role, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance our PeopleSoft systems and support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze functional requirements and translate them into innovative technical designs using the PeopleSoft PeopleTools stack, including Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, Application Engine, and Fluid UI. Develop and customize various PeopleSoft components such as pages, records, fields, trees, security, menus, workflows, and PeopleCode to meet organizational needs. Create and execute thorough unit, system, and integration test plans/scripts; document results effectively and manage defect resolution proactively. Stay abreast of PeopleSoft PeopleTools releases, updates, and hotfixes; assess new features for potential incorporation into our systems. Suggest process enhancements, automation possibilities, and industry best practices to improve system stability and operational efficiency. Provide ongoing support for existing systems and customizations, ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). At least 4 years of experience developing in a PeopleSoft FSCM environment. A minimum of 4 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL 2012 or higher) and Transact SQL. Experience with major PeopleSoft upgrades, including retrofitting and de-customization. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules including AP, AR, BI, OM, PO, GL, along with items, customers, suppliers, pick/pack/ship, and manufacturing; manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with EDI transactions is an additional advantage. Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI. Familiarity with reporting tools such as BI Publisher, PS Query, and nVision. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills that drive effective collaboration. Experience with Patch Update Manager (PUM) and Change Assistant. Ability to build web services (SOAP and REST) and perform data transformation (XML, JSON).
