Retail Sales Associate, Leadership Role

YOUR ROLE: As a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and developing team members in a dynamic retail environment. Your key responsibilities include: Welcoming each guest with genuine interaction, learning about their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Becoming a product knowledge expert, effectively selling and marketing a wide range of apparel, including private labels and tailored clothing. Helping to build a strong customer-focused team by providing ongoing coaching and training on sales techniques and operational procedures. ARE YOU A MATCH? We are seeking candidates who possess: A high school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is a plus, but not required). Proven experience in delivering superior customer service and effectively resolving issues. The ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs. Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $15.81 and $18.10 per hour. This includes a base hourly wage ranging from $8.50 to $11.50 along with a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, plus additional compensation to meet minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on overall store sales.
