Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and build pallets with care Load and unload trucks effectively Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and RF scanners Inspect and prepare shipments for outbound orders Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed productivity goals Requirements: Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cherry pickers, RF scanners) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks Good mechanical sense for troubleshooting minor equipment issues Excellent organizational skills General Requirements: Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team to pick, pack, and ship items Safely relocate or repack inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight Operate machinery or other light equipment safely and responsibly Perform physical activities such as reaching, crouching, and bending as required Be prepared to work on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of your shift Comfortable working around forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other warehouse equipment Please wear close-toed shoes and pants as part of the dress code.
